Width cutting, generally described as ripping, together with lengthwise cutting represents the first processing step of any solid-wood working. It thus builds the “foundation” of an efficient and modern production.

Faults during (width) cutting, such as wood loss, shortage of pieces or excessive stock, continue through the entire subsequent production and have a lasting negative influence on the operating result.

For this reason up-to-date efficient cutting is indispensable. WEINIG supplies the optimal machine concepts for it. From the small craft workshop up to the completely automated production.

The current product range consists of 4 models:

UniRip 310
Gangrip saw with the patented Quickfix fast-clamping system
VarioRip 310
The access to moving blade technology. Fixed arbor setup combined with up to 2 automatically movable sawblades
ProfiRip Serie
Powerful ripsaws with up to 6 movable sawblades and up to 150 hp.
FlexiRip
The original Jriong length cutting saw. You won’t get any more flexibility!

All machines can be optimally equipped for every individual application requirement. In addition, WEINIG supplies everything around the rip saw: starting with a simple roller stand as infeed, right up to a completely automated cutting system.
As all units are designed to perfectly match, continuous output on high levels is provided reliably.
