Fagus Plant Declared World Heritage Site
The offices at the Fagus plant in Alfeld, Lower Saxony, normally see large orders processed for solid wood processing companies around the world. The production site is known to insiders as a high-tech center for top-quality finger jointing systems of the WEINIG GreconLine, industrial instrumentation and fire protection installations from the reputed Grecon brand as well as Fagus shoe last production.

The Board of Directors has swelled the ranks at Michael Weinig AG. As of 1 January 2011 Stephan Weber is a member of corporate management at the world leader for machines and systems for solid wood processing.
