WEINIG OptiControl: Non-contact measuring of all tools

The Weinig OptiControl tool measuring system gives you the possibility to subject all tools, including conventional drilling, PowerLock or hydro tools, to optical measuring as a means of obtaining precise machine settings. This makes the set-up a process of simple addition.

The measuring is carried out with maximum precision thanks to the 20x optical enlargement. Once the working dimensions have been determined, the profile measurement must be added, yielding the exact setting for the machine.The process can be further simplified by using a PC together with the PowerCom software. The data can then be transferred online to the moulding machine, doing away with the need for hard copies. Also, all the profiles can be created here.
