Flexible, Compact, Compatible You want the flexible board production with (dead straight and) lastingly closed joints? And this with the easiest operation? We have the solution: The new press generation ProfiPress L has been especially developed for the flexible production of solid-wood boards: The board carpet freshly covered with glue is moved into the press in longitudinal direction. The heavy cover closes. No vertical step joints in the board! It does not make any difference what board width you move in: The positionable pressure straight-edge adjusts automatically to the new width: no costly resetting required! Pressure elements, tightly arranged, let the full pressing power have an even effect over the entire length of the pressing bed also in case of tolerances. Continuously closed joints are the result. Tolerances in width are simply equalized. Precisely controllable high frequency technique hardens the joint completely in a fraction of the normal pressing time. The new sliding technique of the ProfiPress L provides the flexibility of your production with an additional thrust. Depending on demand the ProfiPress L can be upgraded in the modular system: From the simple basic machine up to the highly automated production line with automatic feed systems and board cutting. With the ProfiPress L – Series the gluing of solid-wood boards is the connecting conclusion of the complete processing with products from WEINIG.
