Single board processing with vertical shaping

1. CF 200 - 4 joints / min.
The CF 200/4 is a compact line where the timber passes underneath the shaper spindles and on which the shaping, glueing and “endless“ pressing processes are carried out in one operation. The maximum timber width is 300 mm. The maximum cross section is determined by the 20 t pressure.

2. CF 200 / 300 – 5.5 joints / min.
The CF 200/300 – 5.5 is a compact line where the timber passes underneath the shaper spindles and which is available as a 20 t and 30 t model. The high capacity of 5.5 joints / min. is achieved by servo drives and a proportional hydraulic unit. An electronic length measuring device sets the variable final length, and the cut is carried out by means of the installed saw. A non-contact PU glue application system is optionally available.

3. PJ 200 / 300 / 400 - 6 joints / min. (PowerJoint)
The PowerJoint is the fastest compact line incl. non-contact glue application. The shaping process is carried out from top to bottom, thus ensuring an optimum finger joint quality. The pressing of the finger joints is effected in through-feed direction (there is no pressure put on the “freshly made“ joint / a planer can be installed directly downstream). The centre alignment of the timber pieces passing through is another highlight of the machine. All this results in a very excellent distribution of the pressure applied and the best tool utilization possible.

4. CF 300 / 400 - 10 / 12 joints / min.
This is a separate, vertical compact single shaper combined with a 30 t resp. 40 t cycle press. The pressing unit generating pressure is fed laterally, thus increasing the capacity of the machine. The application of the PU glue is carried out laterally in the cross conveyor installed between the shaper and the press. It is a non-contact system incl. a control device (optional). The cross sections have a maximum width of 310 mm and are determined by the finger length and the maximum pressure. A further increase in capacity (up to one pressing cycle) is achieved optionally by means of a positioning saw installed downstream.

5. INNOVATION: CF 300 / 400 - 15 joints / min.
The compact shaper (without glueing and pressing) combined with a non-contact glue application unit and directly installed upstream of the finger joint assembly press is an optimum solution ensuring maximum capacity.
