Finger Jointing Lines for package cutting
1. Turbo - S 2000
The Turbo-S 2000 is a shaper combination with a package width of 600 mm, a cutting height (Timber width) with up to 225 mm and a timber infeed length from 200 to 2000 mm. The patented Turbo-Effect is taking advantage due to the individual cutting process from shaper 1 and shaper 2. Continious feeding systems and transfer stations, are able to feed our presses with up to 120 pcs/min. The average shaper capacity is between 5,5 packages / min. and maximum 7,5 packages / min.
2. Turbo - S 3000 / 4000
These shaper combinations have a package width of 600 mm, a cutting height (Timber width) up to 225
mm and a timber infeed length from 200 to 3000 / 4000mm. The average shaper capacity is 3,5 packages / min.
