Construction timber elements are produced on the Ultra TT 3000. The single milling cutter is designed for a package width of 600 mm, a package height (lamella width) of 300 mm and a package length of 300 – 3000 mm. Milling and gluing of the second side are effected after a swiveling motion of 180° of an separate automatic turntable. Any type of glue can be used. The press process is carried out as an endless length with an extrusion press or as fixed length with various front side presses (6 / 7.2 / 9.3 / 12 / 16 / 18 m). The average capacity is about 2 packages / min.
