The combination of speed and easy handling With the WEINIG Memory System in combination with PowerLock technology, the Powermat 400 is amazingly quick and easy to set-up, in fact, it only takes seconds to change a tool. Once a profile has been produced and saved, it can be retrieved from Memory and produced again at any time – with minimal effort and maximum precision. There are 4 spindle configurations available to meet your requirements with 5-7 spindles, each of them can include an optional universal spindle. A new PowerLock cutterhead concept with larger tool diameter and lighter weight permits an optimal cutting speed of 6000 rpm. With PowerCom software and motorized spindle adjustments, the Powermat 400 can, in addition, be equipped as a CNC machine.
