This model equipped with two horizontal shapers joined by cross conveyors is used for manufacturing precise and edge-trimmed log cabin profiles. The maximum timber width is 150 mm. The glueing and pressing technique is the same as described under point 4.
7. HS-Maxi up to 50 joints / min.
Up to 50 joints/min. can be achieved by the patented HS-Maxi and its horizontal shaping in through-feed direction. This high-capacity line is mainly used for producing log cabin planks, cross-laminated timber (X-lam) or constructional timber.

INNOVATION:
HS 3000 up to 80 joints/min
This new model is designed to produce a horizontal joint on timber pieces, with an ingoing length from 300mm - 3.000mm. The finished products will be used by Duo-/Triobeam manufacturers, X-Lam (CLT) manufacturers or for formwork beam. This line was designed to handle timber thicknesses from 20mm - 75mm and timber widthes from 60mm - 225mm, with an speed of up to 80 pcs/min. Other timber dimensions, as mentioned, are available as an option.
