With the machine generation from WEINIG you are already able to produce several different window systems on a processing center of the medium capacity range without changing tools. The Profil-Splitting process takes care of this; via an intelligent allocation of the tools in connection with the positioning of all spindles in axial and radial setting to each other it enables a tremendous diversity of profiles.

WEINIG offers you the necessary know-how. The production program extends from the solo machine Unicontrol 6 via the Unicontrol 12 and the fully automatic UC-Matic with integrated drilling to the profiling center Conturex. We have the suitable machine for any size of the plant and individual application.
