OptiCut Stacker - Powerfull stackers that fulfill your needs

The new OptiCut Stacker gives you a flexible solution for the handling of the lenghts coming from your OptiCut optimizing cross-cut-saw. Using automatic stackers you will increase your efficiency and will safe on space and labour.

The OptiCut Stacker creates the stacks in the configuration you want with pieces of up to 2750 mm in length. The maximum height of the stacks is 1500 mm. Optionally sticks can be placed accurately between the layers. The capacity for the highspeed OptiCut Stacker is up to 80 pieces per minute. Feeding one stacker with up to three OptiCut sawlines at a time is also possible. By integrating the management of the stacker into the OptiCom operation-terminal of the saw, WEINIG offers you the highest operator convenience.
