  • The robot lifts the top layer with the vacuum cushion. The height of the stack is detected by a light curtain. The layer is placed on a cross feeder – if necessary it can be turned by 90°.

  • Stabilizing sticks can be pushed off by a separate device

  • Advantages:
    - Easing of operators’ workload
    - Increase of productive capacity
    - Raw material is continuously available
