Integrated Multifunction Cutting Technology
The multifunctional package for cutting, corner copying and radius scraping provides a perfect appearance for all your normal edgebanding processes, such flush cutting, varying radiuses and chamfers. Tool-changing is completely automatic process via the NC servo-axes, multistage tooling technology and zero-clearance mechanisms for maximum precision.
Multiple stage cutter unit
Multistage, diamond tipped tools with fully automatic axis alignment.
Applications / tool profiles:
- Flush up to edge thickness of 8 mm in solid wood sector
- Radius 1.3 mm / 2 mm (double) for all common commercial plastic edging
- For thin edges, each radius can also be set as desired at the discharge as well with the NC servo-axes
- Chamfer 45° for HPL, aluminum, thin edging, etc.
Revolving cutter unit – quattroshape
Fully automatic tool revolving tool magazine with four positions; diamond tipped version.
Applications / tool profiles:
- Radius 1.3 mm / 2 mm for all common commercial plastic edging
- For thin edges, each radius can also be set as desired at the discharge as well with the NC servo-axes
- Chamfer 45° for HPL, aluminum, thin edging, etc.
Revolving scraper magazine
Fully automatic revolving scraper magazine with five positions for holding standard HW scraper blades.
Applications / tool profiles:
- Radius 1 mm / 1.3 mm / 2 mm (double) for all common commercial plastic edging
- For thin edges, each radius can also be set as desired at the discharge as well with the NC servo-axes
- Chamfer 45° for HPL, aluminum, thin edging, etc.
