Vertical CNC machining with our "best performers" EVOLUTION 7402 and 7405 Connect

The Evolution models offer versatile and universal complete processing on all 4 edges - and for the first time at Holz-Handwerk 2020 also in the new design.

With the Evolution 7402 4mat, workpieces can not only be formatted on 4 sides in the future, the new optional 4-fold tool changer also offers completely new processing possibilities. For the first time at Holz-Handwerk, the xcut package for the Evolution models will be presented in a live demo. With this package, the vertical CNC automatically generates the required workpieces from previously longitudinally cut panel strips. The otherwise necessary cross-sections are completely avoided in the xcut mode.

Holz-Her goes one step further with the Evolution 7405 4mat in the "connect" and "doors" versions. With the optional "doors" package, consisting of a specially developed angular gear for lock cases and a lock case cutter, complete machining of door leaves up to a maximum thickness of 70 mm is possible.

The NEXTEC 7735 offers the unique combination of maximum flexibility and ease of use! Equipped with a 5-axis milling spindle and a 2200 mm deep grid table, the 7735 offers almost unlimited machining possibilities. In combination with a Store-Master board storage system, this machine achieves an enormous increase in efficiency.

With the HOLZ-HER Multi models Sprint 1327 multi, 1329 multi and the Lumina 1380 multi different diameters or applications with 45° bevel can be achieved at the touch of a button. This reduces set-up times enormously and can also be used for small batch sizes at any time.

Automation Pro also networks the entire production process from the STORE-MASTER panel storage system to the finished furniture across the entire HOLZ-HER machine park, even in large interior finishing companies and in industrial production. A separate, pre-installed solution defines the production route.
