To enable you to book service slots in accordance with your individual needs, we offer you four different response time options within the Reachability+ service level. You alone decide which service you want to use and when.

Callback+

Ensure fast response times with the Callback+ option.

We guarantee a callback by a technically qualified employee within one hour of receipt of the message.

Deployment+

Always ensure a next-day service technician with Deployment+.

We guarantee, after an unsuccessful remote resolution attempt, the departure of a service technician on the next working day.
