Window construction with precision - enthusiasm through flexibility

Tradition and modernity - that's what Rosien Fensterbau has been combining for over 85 years. The Nätlitz family's craft business mainly manufactures wooden windows and doors for end customers and resellers. Recently, they have received powerful support in special construction: the Multirex 7225 windows CNC machining center from Weinig and Holz-Her, on which tools from Stark are used.
“Our expectations have all been exceeded,” says Manfred Nätlitz, who took over the traditional joinery in the Dannenberg district of Streetz with his family in 2010, with great satisfaction when he talks about his new machining center. His sons Michael and Maik, who are currently operating the machine, are just as enthusiastic. “The production times for doors and windows have more than halved,” says master carpenter Maik Nätlitz happily. These are words that Heiner Müller from the Weinig AG factory representative and Anton Steckbauer, Technical Manager at Stark, are also happy to hear. “The cooperation between the three of us simply works well. It's like being cast from the same mold,” says Steckbauer on behalf of Stark.
The Nätlitz family is constantly looking to optimize work processes in window and door production. With the new machine, it was particularly important to be able to react flexibly to customer requirements in special construction. “We are increasingly active in the renovation of old buildings, where customers have a wide range of requirements,” explains Rosien owner Manfred Nätlitz. There is a particular demand for historic entrance doors, louvre shutters, slanted windows and arched elements, which are difficult to produce conventionally. Previously, the work steps had to be carried out on different machines, which was time-consuming and cost-intensive - especially due to the set-up times. In February of this year, the family found what they were looking for. The Multirex 7225 windows from Weinig convinced father, mother and sons alike. After a short period of consideration, the decision was made: the machine was a must. “It allows you to process orders quickly, flexibly and to a high standard. We were convinced of that straight away,” says Maik Nätlitz. And his father adds: “It quickly became clear to me: the machine is our own small joinery.”

Addition:The joinery has now invested in a new EPICON CNC machining center from HOLZ-HER. Quote from Maik Nätlitz, Rosien Fensterbau GmbH:
“We are a small joinery from northern Germany. Our specification is solid wood processing. We have been working with the HOLZ-HER CNC Multirex since 2016. We have learned the machine and continued to improve it together with Weinig and NC-Direkt Systeme. All programs were programmed by us independently. This enables us to produce not only windows and doors but also interior doors, furniture and stairs. The investment quickly paid off. Due to the growing innovation and utilization of this key machine, we decided to make a new investment. Not only the new Epicon 7245, but above all the very competent service and the extremely good advice from Peter Stemmler (HOLZ-HER) and Thomas Hagemeier (WEINIG) in cooperation with NC-Direkt Systeme convinced us. In a few weeks, the new EPICON 7245 Solid will be installed at our premises... We are excited!”
