7. Production of longitudinal layers

Production of longitudinal layers

The fixed lengths are collected together in the correct positions in a longitudinal strip, using a computer-aided stop system and then the cross layers are positioned. In the cross layer cycle, the lamellar strips for wall panels are positioned. While the lamellae are being positioned, the window and door sections are taken into account, so that subsequent work on the windows and doorways can be reduced to a minimum. Depending on the wall structure, we achieve up to 15 % savings in materials compared with conventional systems.
