Return form

The digital request for the return form ist only possible for materials of the plant in Tauberbischofsheim (parts for moulding/grinding/window machines).

  • a completed return form, which you'll receive from us by email, must be enclosed in the return shipment!
  • always use the most economical shipping method for the return
  • please note that custom-made parts, will not be taken back

In order for us to accept the returned goods, it is important that the goods and packaging are as good as new and without signs of use. We will not accept used parts, with the exception of replacement parts, and will return them to you freight unpaid. Should we nevertheless accept used goods as a gesture of goodwill, we will reduce the value of the goods by at least 15% when issuing a credit note. Furthermore, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% (maximum 300 EUR per transaction) on all returns. The fee will not be charged if the product is still sealed, there is a warranty claim or consignments have been incorrectly delivered or planned by Weinig.
For the damaged exchange part, you will get a credit note for the surcharge.
