Whistleblower system - submission of tips

Correct and compliant behavior is a top priority for the WEINIG Group and forms the foundation of our success. Serious information about compliance violations helps us to counteract them at an early stage and thus reduce damage to the companies of the WEINIG Group, our employees and business partners. Employees, trainees, applicants, former employees, service providers and suppliers as well as their employees and freelancers, shareholders and members of the supervisory, management and administrative bodies have the opportunity to report irregular behavior at any time.

For this purpose, we provide several channels for contacting us. Every report is examined and consistently followed up. The interests of whistleblowers and their confidentiality are protected. Pressure on whistleblowers or the resulting disadvantages will not be tolerated, so that they do not have to fear any sanctions for submitting their report. We encourage you to use the whistleblower system responsibly. This enables you to submit your report anonymously and also ensures trustworthy communication.

Below you will find the reporting channels we have set up for submitting tips.

Regardless of which channel you choose, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of your tip and also a final response in compliance with the statutory deadline of three months. All notifications will first be processed by our service provider S-CON GmbH & Co. KG and then anonymously forwarded to us. If you also wish to remain anonymous to S-CON, this can only be fully guaranteed by using the whistleblower system below.

Digital whistleblower system
