Rebrandings as part of the group branding strategy

Grecon Dimter Holzoptimierung Süd GmbH & Co. KG, the specialist for optimizing cross-cuts saws and gluing presses within the Weinig Group with its factory in Illertissen, will be renamed as Weinig Dimter GmbH & Co. KG in March.

Alfeld/Leine-based Grecon Dimter Holzoptimierung Nord GmbH & Co. KG will now trade under the name Weinig Grecon GmbH & Co. KG. Prior to the rebranding, Weinig Grecon GmbH & Co. KG (formerly NKT) merged with Grecon Dimter Holzoptimierung Nord GmbH & Co. KG. The finger jointing manufacturer within the Weinig Group relocated its production to Alfeld, the hub for Weinig's comptence in finger jointing and end jointing technology, in 2013. "The Weinig name is renowned for quality and reliable leading technology worldwide," says Weinig CEO Wolfgang Pöschl. "With this rebranding, we are clearly and emphatically aligning our company with this reputation."
